Customer Service
The following is information on our services. If you still have a question after reviewing, feel free to email us at customerservice@anastaci.com. When inquiring about an order that was placed, please reference your order number.

Order Fulfillment.
Currently, Ana Staci uses PayPal services for all order fulfillment. We find that PayPal offers safe and secure credit card processing for all our customers. YOu must create an account within PayPal to fulfill the order, and all information submitted will not be shared with any outside vendor, or sold for spamming services.
You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days. Ana Staci cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Shipping.
The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States (we do not ship to PO boxes). For delivery outside the United States, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Canada - an additional $15 per order; Mexico - an additional $35 per order; Outside North America - an additional $50 per order.

Return/Exchange Policy.
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Ana Staci within 14 days of the shipping date in re-selable and perfect condition (including original packaging). Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship. Jewelry Care.
In the event that one of your Ana Staci Jewelry pieces becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will gladly repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee. Please email us at repairs@anastaci.com for further information.
